Our private infrared sauna is a powerhouse on its own or perfect complement to our wellness treatments. With infrared heat therapy, this 30 minutes treatment helps you relax, detoxify, and promote healing from within. The sauna helps to relieve muscle soreness, boost metabolism, and promote blood circulation, making it a great addition to any wellness routine.

Maximum Sauna Capacity: Two People - $50 each
Must be Fully Unclothed during use - offered dry towels and cool, essential oil infused wash towels.
