Chiropractic Adjustment

3-in-1-session for 90 minutes combining massage with acupressure, chiropractic adjustment and stretch therapy ~ offers the ultimate tune-up for your body, helping you move better, feel lighter and live pain free.

The Experience— Step by Step

	1.	THC Tea (Optional)
Begin your journey with our calming THC-infused tea, designed to relax your nervous system and enhance the therapeutic effects of your session. Think of this as “priming the canvas,” preparing your body and mind for deep, transformative work. THC interacts with the endocannabinoid system, reducing inflammation and calming overactive pain signals, allowing you to fully benefit from the session.
	2.	Massage with Acupressure: Melting the Tension
We start with a deep tissue massage combined with acupressure, targeting the tight, tense muscles that hold your body hostage.
	•	 Massage increases blood flow to the muscles, flushing out lactic acid and other byproducts of stress while activating the parasympathetic nervous system (your “rest and digest” mode).
	3.	Chiropractic Adjustment: Restoring Alignment
Once your muscles are softened and relaxed, we move to a chiropractic adjustment to align your spine and joints.
	•	Misaligned joints impair nerve signals and blood flow. Adjustments improve nervous system communication, helping your body function optimally.
	4.	Stretch Therapy: Lengthening What’s Shortened
Finally, we finish with stretch therapy to lengthen tight muscles and connective tissue (fascia).

A DOT exam, or Department of Transportation medical examination, is required for commercial drivers to ensure they meet the physical and mental health standards set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Here’s an overview of the process and key regulations: Medical History Review, Physical Examination, Review of Current Medications with compliance with FMCSA regulations. 

After the exam, if the driver is found fit, they will receive a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC), which is valid for up to two years. If there are medical concerns, the examiner may issue a conditional certification or require further evaluation.

DOT Physical Exam

A trained professional will guide you through a series of targeted stretches, ensuring proper technique and maximum benefit tailored to your body's needs.

Chiropractic Adjustment (15 minutes) Following the stretching session, enjoy a chiropractic adjustment aimed at correcting misalignments and improving spinal function. Using safe and effective techniques, the chiropractor will address specific issues to enhance your overall well-being, reduce pain, and promote optimal movement.

Dynamic Duo: Assisted Stretching & Chiropractic Adjustment

Spine Strong Yoga Individual Session are designed to promote spinal health, improve flexibility, and enhance core strength.
